A program based on experience, and that can be upgraded
Most of the topics studied include:
- A global presentation based on the transmission of knowledge from external instructors and internal experts
- The practices of each of the group's divisions in this field, presented by our internal experts
- One or more situation simulation exercises using the company’s tools and that correspond to real situations in the life of a product manager.
When the gap between theory and practice is too great, we favor content that matches our company’s development. Each year, the training content is evaluated by the participants, and also by the operational staff who comes in contact with the Product Managers when the program ends.
Advanced individual follow-upEach module is the subject of situation simulation exercises that involve real corporate cases: more than 20 in three months! Personal feedback is provided after each exercise so that each student can assess his/her strengths and areas for improvement. This follow-up is conducted internally for aspects that are purely professional and by personnel development experts from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce of Toulouse for behavioral aspects.
This steady feedback of information is highly appreciated by the participants, who learn how to self-assess and pursue their development in a reassuring context before fully taking on their professional assignments.
A global view of the company and a preferred contact with our experts
Product Managers play a significant role in the company’s general development. It is therefore important for them to have a good understanding of the company’s strategy, as well as optimal awareness of its players and channels. This can be difficult when a Product Manager starts to work, with the significant pressure to achieve short and medium-term objectives, and a limited scope of operations.
For three months, our future Product Managers enter through a "privileged" door, allowing them to hear strategic experts within the Group present their services, roles and missions, as well as their expectations of these future Product Managers. They also meet current Product Managers who describe the issues they encountered when they first started working. This is an extraordinary opportunity.
Sales experience and international experience
Understanding the role of sales professionals, who represent our company vis-à-vis our customers, is fundamental. The training program is therefore systematically completed with field experience and the actual management of a sales or medical sector, or as a trainer in France or abroad. This is a fundamental experience in the life of Product Managers, and allows them to acquire useful reflexes for marketing activities. It is also highly enriching from a personal development perspective.
A marketing mission within our international subsidiaries or zones, ranging from six to 12 months, completes this program and provides an initial, practical approach to interculturality and the operations of the head office/subsidiaries from a strong international development perspective.

The wealth of this education is guaranteed via the permanent exchange of information between internal experts and the instructors. The organization of the modules and educational methods used were designed with specialists from the Ecole Supérieure de l'Ecole de Commerce of Toulouse and, in particular, with the Master in Health Industry Management department.
